Yes — as many times as you need. We offer unlimited revisions before final confirmation. Our goal is to make sure you are 100% happy with every detail before you commit to anything. No rush, no pressure.
We recommend booking at least 4–8 weeks in advance for standard packages, and 2–3 months ahead for peak travel seasons, honeymoon trips, or custom multi-destination itineraries. That said, we can often accommodate last-minute bookings — reach out and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Bank transfer is available for group bookings. All payments are processed through our fully secured payment gateway with industry-standard SSL encryption.
Yes. We offer flexible installment payment plans for select packages — typically structured as a deposit at booking followed by the remaining balance 30 days before departure. Your travel consultant will outline the available payment plan options during your consultation.

Completely. All transactions on the Maveo platform are protected by industry-standard SSL encryption. We never store your full payment card details on our servers, and all payments are processed through certified, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
Inclusions vary by package, but most Maveo tour packages include accommodation, guided tours and activities, inter-destination transport, and 24/7 on-trip support. Some packages also include international flights, meals, and airport transfers. Every package page clearly lists what is and isn’t included — and your consultant will walk you through every detail before you confirm.

Our visa assistance service covers eligibility assessment, complete document preparation, application submission support, and status tracking for tourist, business, and multiple-entry visas across most major destinations. Your travel consultant will advise on visa requirements specific to your nationality and destination.
We recommend starting your visa application at least 4–6 weeks before your departure date. For destinations with more complex requirements — such as China, India, or the United States — we advise beginning the process 8–12 weeks in advance. Our visa team will provide a precise timeline based on your specific situation.
Before your departure, you will receive a complete digital travel document package including your confirmed itinerary, hotel booking vouchers, flight e-tickets, tour confirmation letters, emergency contact details, destination-specific travel tips, and your personal Maveo travel guide.
While travel insurance is not mandatory, we strongly recommend it for every trip. Unexpected events — from flight cancellations to medical emergencies — can happen to any traveler at any time.
